Rapid TranSFormational Therapy®
The Name Says it All
Developed and taught world wide by Marisa Peer, Rapid Transformational Therapy is her gift to the world.
“Rapid” because some times only one session resolves the issue
“Transformational” because when you resolve a long standing issue your life will transform
“therapy” because that is what it is. Hypnotherapy
Marisa Peer
was a clinical therapist who transformed her entire practice after introducing hypnotherapy and watching her clients experience amazing results.
She witnessed people change life long habits and heal emotional scars that years of talk therapy didn’t resolve.
She developed Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and after years of her personal clients experiencing amazing results, she developed a curriculum to share her technique with others and change more lives.
My Journey with RTT
started during the pandemic when physical contact with other people was not recommended.
RTT came along and ticked a lot of boxes for me. It was something I could do to help others remotely with a similar, flexible scheduling style as massage. Not to mention it was fascinating and the outcomes that Ms. Peer, and other practitioners that she trained, experienced were inspiring.
I went for it; I took her training and completed it over the course of a year. From weight loss to depression, I learned valuable concepts, perspectives, and tools to help people shift any number of “presenting problems.” The potential of what we can change in our lives by shifting the program running in our subconscious mind is expansive.
RTT dives in and gets to the root of the problem, even if the event happened before you were old enough to remember. All memories are there, stored in the subconscious mind and in the state of hypnosis we can access them. From there we explore their meaning, address unresolved emotions, and free you to make new choices.
RTT Session overview
First we will schedule a 30 minute intake call.
On that call we will discuss what your “presenting problem” is and how you would like your life to be different. Your “presenting problem” can be anything: phobias, weight issues, insomnia, ptsd, problems in your love life, depression, anxiety, chronic illness, strange body odors, etc. (The only conditions contraidicated to RTT are schizophrenia and psycosis.) We will also establish a picture of what your life would be like with out this problem, and do a practice run of going into hypnosis.
A week or so after our intake call we will schedule an hour and half block of time to do the RTT session.
The session can be in person or on zoom. There are four main components to the RTT session: 1) the induction, 2)investigating scenes and connecting them to the problem, 3) using RTT techniques to address what came up in the scenes, 4) finishing up with a reframe.
Lastly, I will record a reframe meditation for you to listen to for the next 21 days.
Listening to the recording is a very important step to the process. It can take time to lock in beliefs and thinking habits. The recording helps insure that the changes experienced in the session last.
